About Temzecho
Enterprise-grade training, priced for the businesses that need it most.
I founded Temzecho with one goal: provide the highest quality training at a price point small businesses and organizations can actually reach.
Developing campaigns and courses for Amazon and Kroger taught me what a serious training program looks like — the analysis behind it, the design discipline, the measurement that proves it worked. It also made something obvious: none of that was available to the 40-person restaurant group or the six-store retailer. They got binders, or nothing.
Temzecho exists to close that gap. Same instructional design practice, same platform capability, built and priced for operators who run their business from the floor rather than from a corporate training department.

How we work
Three commitments we hold to.
Scoped before started
You get a defined scope and a fixed price before any work begins. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
Built by the person you talk to
The instructional designer on your walkthrough is the one building your modules. Nothing is handed off to a content mill.
Honest about fit
If a spreadsheet and a good checklist would solve your problem, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a platform.
